Seasons Settings

Seasonal records are pivotal to the use of Odyssey.

Most of the records in Odyssey are seasonally based, including Masters, Tours, and Provider Products, and Pricing. The Seasons setting allows you to define the start and end date of your ANNUAL season.

From the Main Menu | Settings | Company Settings, click on Seasons.

Tick to include this season in dropdown lists. Unticking hides old seasons in future lists, but the data remains accessible for reporting and other purposes.

Set the status to Active, for new entries or change to Archived if it is no longer required.

Enter a Description and a short code for the Country.

The 2-letter Short Code is used in places where the full name is too long for the space available.

Select a Sort order for the Country from the drop down list - up to 99 available. The sort order controls the sequence of the country in the countries list, grouping them together as you require.
